Who am I? First name, Busi. Last name, Bieber (not really, but a girl can dream). As an Account Manager (AM) at GAS Marketing Automation, my days are filled with a variety of tasks that keep me on my toes and help me grow professionally. I act as the bridge between our clients, our internal teams, and management, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and that our campaigns are executed flawlessly. I always have to maintain a positive attitude, as I am problem-solving for the client and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: I'm the go-to person for my assigned clients, providing them with all-in-one support and building strong, lasting relationships. I work closely with them to understand their business goals and marketing objectives, and I'm always available to answer their questions and address their concerns.
  • Campaign Management: I oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of our clients' marketing campaigns. This includes everything from developing strategies and coordinating with creative teams to monitoring performance and analysing data.
  • Reporting and Analysis: I keep a close eye on campaign performance, analysing data and providing clients with detailed reports that demonstrate the value of their marketing investments. I also use data insights to identify areas for optimisation and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Internal Collaboration: I work closely with our internal teams, including strategists, data specialists, and the production team, to ensure that our campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. I also collaborate with management to develop account expansion strategies and contribute to new business development efforts.

Challenges and Rewards

Being an AM at GAS is not without its challenges. I often have to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines, and I need to be able to adapt quickly to changing client needs. However, the rewards are well worth it. I love the feeling of satisfaction that comes from seeing a successful campaign through to completion, and I'm proud to be part of a team that is making a real difference for our clients.
